Join us for the annual Arts & Business Symposium, an evening with business leaders in the arts, Canadian arts organizations, and young professionals set in the stunning Torys private art collection.
We will be kicking off the Symposium with the anticipated announcement of our 2009 Business for the Arts Awards Winners. Immediately following the official announcement, we will hold a panel discussion featuring accomplished business professionals who have made the arts a priority in their lives including Charles Baillie, former CEO of TD, Janet Yale, Executive VP and National Chair, Telus Community Boards, and Marcello Cabezas, Culture Producer, macIdeas.
Following the panel discussion, guests will mingle, browse the Torys private art collection and meet Canadian arts organizations as part of boardLink. boardLink is an event connecting arts organizations looking for board members/volunteers with young professionals interested in getting involved. All Symposium attendees are invited to join us after the event for a cocktail party at the Spoke Club (9PM).
boardLink: We have the following arts organizations joining us during the post-Symposium reception. These organizations are looking for young professionals interested in volunteering at the committee and board levels.
